Homeowners Pam & Neal Pringle built this luxury vacation rental cabin in Franklin NC and live full-time in the Atlanta area. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat away from noisy tourism and neighbors but yet close to all Western NC activities, this is it.  Conveniently located in a gated mountain community between Franklin & Highlands, North Carolina. Restaurants, grocery, etc. are located within 3-5 miles, our quaint downtown Franklin is less than 7 minutes from the house. Refer to the online Activity Guide. There is so much to do in the area and yet guests tell us they can’t wait to get back to the house and relax.  Many guests return year after year and some actually visit many times during the year ~ their home away from home.

The cabin is a romantic escape for just one couple, but also a great spot to gather with friends or family and reconnect in the mountains of Western North Carolina. So many guests are multi-generational families (Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa and the kids) who gather and spend time together making memories that will last a lifetime (unplugging and getting the kids out hiking, fishing, gem mining and away from the electronic games). Economically, sharing the cost of a home is less expensive than hotel rooms. You can eat in, gather as a family and enjoy the privacy of 2.7 acres.

“I personally manage our rentals.   You can be assured that when you arrive you’ll say WOW.  I am constantly updating décor with a new piece of artwork, summer versus winter comforters and so much more. This home is a true timber frame/post & beam (not just decorative beams). Rustic elegance is reflected throughout and you’ll feel a warm and comfortable ambiance.  My attention to detail is what makes this vacation rental such a popular choice. All the comforts of home have been thought of including a well equipped kitchen to allow you to save money and eat in, and plenty of outdoor space to relax, reflect, read a great book, sit around the fire with a beverage of choice, enjoy life and each other.”      Pam Pringle
